1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the services offered by NAMASTE Charli, whose registered office is located in Paris, registered under SIRET number [number].

2. Services
The services offered include in-person and/or online yoga classes, workshops, and personalized coaching.

3. Prices
Prices are indicated in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT).
Charli reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services are billed based on the prices in effect at the time of booking.

4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are considered confirmed upon payment confirmation.

Payment can be made online via a secure platform or on-site, according to the available options.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

All bookings are binding and final.

 

Cancellation by the client
The client may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the start of the session, or in the event of a no-show, will result in the full session fee being charged, with no possibility of a refund.

Late arrival
In the event of late arrival, the session cannot be extended in order to avoid impacting subsequent appointments.
The full session fee will be due.

Subscriptions and session passes
Subscriptions, passes, and packages are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except in exceptional circumstances at the instructor's discretion.

They must be used within the validity period specified at the time of purchase. After this period, unused sessions will be forfeited.

 

Force Majeure
In the event of force majeure (serious illness, accident, unforeseen event), a postponement or a credit note may be offered upon presentation of supporting documentation.

Cancellation by the Instructor
In the event of an exceptional cancellation by the instructor (illness, impediment, etc.), the client will be informed as soon as possible.
The session may be rescheduled or fully refunded.

Group Classes
A minimum number of participants may be required to hold a group class.
If there are insufficient participants, the class may be canceled or rescheduled.

Online Classes
In the event of a technical problem beyond the instructor's control, no liability can be assumed.

A rescheduling may be offered if possible.

6. Liability
The client acknowledges being in good physical condition and fit to participate in a sporting activity.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before any activity.

Charlie cannot be held responsible for any injury or health problem that may occur during the activity.

7. Personal Data
The information collected is necessary for managing reservations and will not be sold under any circumstances.

8. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
